Our relationship with a significant other is often one of the most, if not the most important relationship in our lives. Whether you’re experiencing conflict or would like to improve and strengthen your relationship, couples therapy can be a useful space to make time to talk to your partner in an intentional way. Couples face challenges in many different ways and in many different stages of a relationship. Each couple is unique, and each individual in a couple is unique. I work with couples to support them in connecting more deeply with themselves and each other, to help identify challenging patterns in the relationship and establish realistic goals as a couple. My goal is to support you in improving communication and establishing healthy boundaries and patterns to help you achieve a satisfying and strong relationship.
